If the preconditions of the patient insurance legislation are not met
If the preconditions for applying the Patient Injuries Act are not met in your case, the Patient Insurance Centre cannot pay compensation for the injury.
Please bear in mind that no compensation will be paid out of patient insurance solely based on you being dissatisfied with the way you were treated as a patient or a family member. If you feel that you have been mistreated and want to give feedback to the treatment facility, there are other channels available for this, such as filing a complaint with the Regional State Administrative Agency
