Extensive outages in e-services and customer service 13.-19.11.2024

The Finnish Patient Insurance Centre (PVK) will implement new systems on Monday 18.11.2024. The implementation of the systems will cause downtime for our customers between 13.-19.11.2024.

Electronic forms and e-services out of use 13.-19.11.

The Patient Insurance Centre's electronic claim forms and electronic service channels will be out of use 13.-19.11.2024. During that time, links to forms won't work. The forms and service channels will be operational again on Wednesday 20.11.

This means that it is not possible to submit notice of injuries or compensation claims electronically to PVK or send additional information related to pending matters on 13.-19.11. If you wish, you can file a notice of injury by filling in a pdf form and mailing it, but we recommend waiting for the return of the e-service.

Customer service phone numbers are closed Fri 15.11. and Mon 18.11.

The telephone numbers of the Patient Insurance Centre's customer service will be closed on Friday 15.11. and Monday 18.11. We are open again by phone on Tuesday 19.11.
