The statement on the draft Government Proposal for a change in social security and insurance legislation on the basis of the GDPR:

The Patient Insurance Centre and the Motor Insurers’ Centre deem the proposal for amending the social security and insurance legislation to be consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation as good. The Patient Insurance Centre and the Motor Insurers’ Centre support the proposed amendments in draft Government Proposal with a few changes.
