Patient Insurance Centre considers that claimants and policyholders will receive significant benefits if the responsibilities between patient insurance and the occupational pension scheme for the reimbursement of occupational pensions and old-age and survivors' pensions are clarified.

The Patient Insurance Centre and the Motor Insurers’ Centre deem the proposal for amending the social security and insurance legislation to be consistent with the General Data Protection Regulation as good.
