Travel expenses incurred by additional treatment may also be compensated for as other necessary costs incurred by the injury. In addition, following compensation may be paid:

  • Care allowance, if the injured party in home care requires help in 'personal activities', such as dressing up and washing.
  • Increased home care costs, if the injured party requires help in the more strenuous home work and the household does not include other family members.
  • Clothing allowance, if the necessary aid devices required by the injury or their use causes wear or soiling of the clothes during living at home.
